Liquid & Dry Blending
We utilize multiple high capacity vessels for blending viscous liquid and dry powders to meet just about any specification. We also have the capability to homogenize or react large volumes of chemical compounds in our stainless steel and glass lined reactors.
Industrial Grinding
Our high speed industrial grinding capabilities can turn your hard solid materials into fine powders. We can package in bags, drums, or super sacks, depending on your preference.
We repackage materials from bulk quantities, such as rail cars or tanker trucks, to easier to handle pails, bags, totes, drums or super-sacks and vice-versa. We have ample storage capacity in our silos, liquid tanks, and warehouse and an expert logistics team eager to help customize your packaging and delivery.

A division of The Seydel Companies, JRS Manufacturing provides toll manufacturing services to suppliers of industrial chemicals in a variety of industries including paper & packaging, automotive, construction, textile, agriculture, and personal care, among others. Our experienced plant personnel and laboratory technicians ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility boasts an impressive 95,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and lab space outfitted with state of the art equipment. Our capabilities include: liquid and dry blending, grinding, high heat/pressurized reactions, homogenization, and repackaging. We can also conduct R&D and quality testing in our labs.
FACILITY
LIQUID
In our liquid processing area, we have multiple stainless steel and poly liquid blending/holding tanks with capacities of up to 10,000 gallons each. Most of our tanks have heating and cooling capabilities and can blend high viscosity material. Our stainless steel and glass lined reactor vessels have capacities ranging from 7.5 gallons to 13,000 gallons and can reach temperatures of 650F under very high pressure.
DRY
In our dry processing area, our blenders range from 1,500 lb. capacity to 8,000 lb. and are single ribbon, double ribbon and paddle. Our blenders are heated, insulated, and connected to our silo and hopper system to reduce production time and waste. We have over 500,000 lbs. production capacity per day.
